From our location at the Victoria International Airport on Vancouver Island, we’ve provided custom composite fabrication, repair and design services to the local aerospace industry for more than 20 years.


Driven by his lifelong passion for aviation, Jon Harwood founded the company in 1999, bringing his ingenuity for developing complex, exacting processes to build unique structural components that can be used across industries.

Over the years, we’ve grown in size and skill, but remained agile enough to tackle both small-scale projects and larger production runs. And, with our extensive tool and equipment library, we’re always inventing new solutions to help our clients in ways they never could have imagined.

From drone prototyping and reverse-engineering complex parts, to precision trimming and multidirectional milling using our state of the art 5-axis CNC machine, the problems we solve and the industries we serve grow more diverse every year.
